Information Rushton Beach has the warmest salt water in Nova Scotia; broad sandbars at low tide and the salt marsh attract a great variety of birds. This is a beautiful day use park. Group use is available. There is a network of boardwalks that allow access to a pond ecosystem and the sandy shores
